Oakheart

For the last of our transmissions, Mohag bade me to tell the tale of her only living sibling, Oakheart.

Oakheart, although the smallest of the Engrained, wields a staggering amount of power. He, along with his Siblings (Mohag, Sequis, Birchmund, Evergreene) protected the entry points to the Source, upon the highest branches of The Word.

Lone Oakheart, he came to be called, as he spent a lot of his infinity in solitude. Feeling inadequate next to his siblings due to his smaller size.

The Division, what I came to learn was the name of this great tragedy, ripped them apart. Family and friend alike were put to the blade. It was Lone Oakheart who stood on the side of the Word when his brothers and sisters became galvanized by the blasphemous words of Atzulith. And it was Lone Oakheart who fell the final blow on each of his siblings, eyes soaked with tears.

Oakheart bears the pain of the their passing both physically and mentally. Embedding the weapons of each of his Siblings into his hull, he may call upon the powers of each. Sequis’s Mighty Claymore, Mohag’s Short Blade, Birchmund’s Broadsword, and Evergreen’s Spatha; Legendary crafts of Atzulith, all imbued with their own unique traits, and all wielded by one.

He now, as always, remains alone. Perched atop the branches, ever vigilant, should the Heavens again break.
