Oshunmare, the Rainbow Serpent

Although devoted, she longed again to bathe in the rays of the Sun of her home in Madagascar. It was no use; visitation to Earth was strictly forbidden after Birth unless escorted by a higher or you belong to the Obscurists. But voluntary torture was never something she could stomach.
In an attempt to emulate her love for our Star, she was responsible for construction of the SLS (Starlight System). An army of mechanical drones capable of withstanding the immense colds and pressures of the deeper parts of the Abyss. These drones carried upon them spheres of Voidase, which when met with Sulfur, produces light magnitudes higher than any lightbulb and can even permanently blind the unprepared. These lights serve as artificial “stars” with which to light some the regions of below as the Daughter’s technological prowess pushed their expansion.
While on an expedition to fix the route of lights along the sphere of Olucons, Nyemi and her team are accosted by a group of Hemonomancers. Rouge Daughters, loyal to Bathory’s teachings of Blood who have abandoned the mission to delight in tortures of flesh. Nyemi’s body was grafted to an infant Oshunmare, great Serpents of the Abyss said to have been born of the shedded scales of Leviathan, and ironically combined with the repair gear brought with her and her team to form a terrifying fusion of man and beast. Her days are now spent crawling the surface of Olucons in search for any morsel of light that she can find.
Capable of absorbing and redirecting highly-focused beams of light. The circuit boards are attached by gelatinous cuffs that are Omni-Directional and anchored by two plates with an indentation for the wheel mechanism attached to her waist. This can retract or extend the length of the boards and their influence.
